What is NOT an emergency
The Duty Officer line is reserved for genuine emergencies. For passport renewal, civil registration, attestation enquiries or general questions, please use the office hours channels — see Contact or book an appointment for the relevant consular service.
In life-threatening situations
If you are in immediate danger, call the UAE emergency services first:
- 999 — Police
- 998 — Ambulance
- 997 — Civil Defence (fire / rescue)
Then call the Consulate Duty Officer.
