Why Kenya–UAE trade matters

The United Arab Emirates is one of Kenya’s most important trade partners in the Gulf — a major destination for Kenyan exports including tea, horticulture, meat products, and a growing origin of UAE investment into Kenyan infrastructure, real estate, and energy.

The Consulate General works alongside the Kenya Investment Authority (KenInvest), the Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA), and Kenyan business associations to maintain this trade corridor.
